Conceptual thinking is becoming much more valuable in business. The power is in the concept, an idea or plan so innovative and powerful that nothing can cloud or divert its message, its meaning, or its intention.
Great concepts we all remember have included Think Small. Quality circles. Air Jordans. Telecom bundling. Distance learning. Frogs, geckos, and that duck. Hybrid vehicles. Smoothies and lattes. iAnything. But NOT cubicles.
